Ông Phùng Anh Tuấn là một trong số ít luật sư kinh doanh hàng đầu tại Việt Nam, được đào tạo kỹ lưỡng và có kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu trong lĩnh vực luật và kinh doanh trong suốt 25 năm qua. Ông tốt nghiệp Đai học Northwestern (Chicago IL, Hoa Kỳ) và hiện đang giữ chức Phó Chủ tịch Điều hành & Tổng thư ký của Hiệp hội các nhà đầu tư Tài chính Việt Nam (Vietnam Association of Financial Investors, VAFI). A graduate of Northwestern University (Chicago IL, USA), Mr Tuan A. PHUNG is among a few professional business lawyers in Vietnam who are rigorously-trained and extensively-worked in both law and business for the last 25 years. Currently acting as the Executive Vice Chairman & Secretary General for Vietnam Association of Financial Investors (VAFI ), who is also the General Secretary of the World Federation of Honorary Consuls in Vietnam (FICAC).
Mr PHUNG is no stranger for the consular & business community in Vietnam who used to serve as Honorary Consul General for Finland in Ho Chi Minh City for 11 years.
